The people we're not friendly but they were not rude... I suppose impersonable would be a better term to describe it. BTW if you buy a phone from a salesman on the street and Open the box you can't return it without paying 50$ restock fee! Even though we opened it in the store...! P.s. I phones come with a charger cord but not charging block!!! What a ploy! P.ss- you can go online and qualify for phone bill discount if your children eat free lunch at school!!!
