Especially if you've been a loyal customer and we are still being charged. So long story short 😔 I'm late on my bill and the constantly calling. I finally answered and then they give me an awesome offer. Only to find out it lasted as long as I was on the phone. 2 minutes I called back because the call was disconnected. So I called back and I got a different person lol the person new didn't know of the offer and I told them they get it when I get it. Xfinity can sound like you care but them 2 minute promos are funny and you wonder why supply and demand are they way they are. Ya know what nevermind because I got inventions for y'all but if it's a play game then I grow my money elsewhere. # for whoever
