    Absolutely without doubt the most horrendous customer service I have ever had the displeasure to experience. Started about 2 weeks ago when we decided to shut off our home phone since the only people who generally call it are telemarketers (that this company and others like it have sold our information to) and they call continuously. Everything seemed to be ok though I didn't go out and examine the wiring. Turns out when he was here and unhooking it the Internet wiring to the house was cut so he wrapped some electrical tape on it to splice it. Upon further inspection I discovered there is also another cable running from the same pole which hangs down and just goes into a tree in my front yard not sure what is going on there. About 4 or 5 days ago, as common sense would suggest with wires going in and around trees a small branch fell and pulled it apart leaving the wire laying across our drive way where it has to be driven over by every car coming or going. We contacted them and scheduled a time and date 4 days later(their 1st available) for them to come fix it. We have family visiting and staying with us right now so we had to reschedule some things to make sure someone was here that morning. But of course they never showed up or contacted us to let us know anything. We started to attempt contacting them somewhere around 12:00 and their phone system would not allow a call to go beyond the "what are you calling about" stage without going silent. Didn't disconnect the call, just a seemingly endless silence and unresponsiveness as the call timer ticked away. Looked on Google where someone had given their tip to actually get someone to answer the phone by stating when asked the purpose of the call that you are calling to cancel your service which forces the call through. Finally reached someone around 2ish. The 1st guy I spoke with said they had no record that we had an appt that day but that we were scheduled for the next day. Despite our having text messages confirming our original appt. Asked to speak with a supervisor then waited for quite awhile for someone else to pick up. Eventually they did and it turns out it was another guy that did the same basic job just in another department which was completely unrelated to anything we were calling about.That guy put me through to someone else who at 1st said she didn't see the record of our original appt, after several minutes she was able to see the original appt but claimed that no one came because the guy that was supposed to be coming had been electrocuted at the appt he was on previous to coming to our home, but "no worries" she would put us down for them to show up later that day. She even called back to verify they would be here. But of course no one showed up or contacted us then either. So I called back again last night to find out what was going on and when/if we were scheduled for another appt. Again she couldn't find anything stating on their end that either of the 1st 2 appts were scheduled (despite yet again us receiving text messages confirming both appts) and stated that she would have someone call us in 30 mins to an hour last night or if not then 1st thing this morning. Which yet again they have not done. I did get them to pro-rate us for 4 days on the bill which they somewhat grudgingly did taking $18 and some change off for all the hassles. Which obviously isn't worth it as that doesn't even cover 1 hour worth of pay while they have had multiple people including people visiting from out of state canceling plans to go site seeing in Nashville sitting here waiting on them for hours at a time only to not show up or call. This place clearly does not value their customers, their reputation or their service. It's beyond incompetence and has reached levels of indifference and apathy that frankly I find to be contemptible. I would not recommend Comcast Infinity to anyone anywhere based on what I've experienced here. I'm not sure who to recommend in this area but I intend to do some research to find out and switch to them soon.

    I can't say enough awesome things about this location. I went in and was greeted immediately, and asked to wait for the next available representative. I promise the wait was only about 5 minutes. The store manager called me up and I explained what I was needing. I was able to get 4 news lines and 4 phones for little of nothing! Shout out to all of the staff that was present- Zach, Dallas, and especially Paul. This guy put up with me and 3 teenagers with no fuss or aggravation!

    Said that they could not help me with an Xfinity issue because they do not do the prepaid Xfinity although they sell it in the store very clearly lazy unprofessional not interested in providing service. The store is a Xfinity store however they are not Xfinity according to the woman that I spoke with they are a third party. Xfinity sent me to this location so why would they send me here if you're not an Xfinity store but you sell all the equipment but you can't replace my equipment by looking up the Account. Poorly managed

    Zach Blaylok is the guy to go to for an amazing internet and mobile package. I came in with a bill that was 345 for xfinity internet and paying T mobile 207 for 4 lines. After being a customer for 30 years I decided something needed to change. So I came in Zach greeted me very professionally laying out the red carpet like I was the star. He bundled me internet for 150 on the highest 2 gig plan and one free mobile line for the whole year! I was stunned. Knocked my T mobile bill off and replaced it with a 60 dollar bill for 3 lines and 1 free line. Please if your bill is too high or you need cheap mobile service definitely check this place out for all your discount needs. They do take equipment and bill payments. But they can hands down overall help you save. Thank you so Much Zach!
