I have been with Xfinity over 10 years, and I have all my services with them: Wi-Fi, phones, and cable. I rarely have any issues. If there is an Xfinity problem, they troubleshoot and get things operating very quickly. They usually throw in a discount on my next billing for any inconvenience. I give a big shout out to DeMarcus McGamey the store Rep at 4409 Champion highway Knoxville TN I drive over 80 miles to his location because I know he is willing to do what needs to happen. Great job to all at the 4409 Chapman Highway Knoxville, TN location. I recommend taking a few minutes and stopping by the store and let them help you save money and have the best software available.
