I live out of state and wanted to keep them on my plan, so they took their phones up to Knoxville and Trey spent a significant amount of time with them getting their phones switched over. Having them be able to go in person and have this taken care of instead of trying to do it over the phone was wonderful! My dad has raved so much about him that it’s a few weeks after the fact and he brought me Trey’s business card and asked me to write a really nice review for him. Thank you Trey, I am so grateful for your kindness to my parents!
