  (July 13th) - Unfortunately no help...customer service all in India even for direct verizon employees. after 19.8 years going to switch to AT&T and sad part Verizon does NOT care and this from a India supervisor directly. if they respond and say they care about customer service it's not true online in Chat, on the phone or at the direct Verizon employee locations. Until they get the full effect of a million customers leaving they have no intention of improving true customer service. Response to Owner (July 16) : Not sure if your response is a "canned" BOT AI response but your supervision at the call center made it very clear. I asked for copy of the transcripts of the calls with India on Sunday and Monday and was told they can not provide. Go listen to the calls for at least 3+hrs and you will see your response really appears to be AI generated. That is why I came into the Verizon Store and the agent wanted to help but had to call India and when I was handed the store phone the "Call Center Manager" said in few words best of luck. If Verizon wants to do something you can credit my account which is still active till the 18th to reward our 19+ years of loyalty as I still have the last bill to pay. If this isn't a BOT AI engine and something is actually done I will update this review otherwise words are cheap and empty when actions speak loudly that customers are no longer important. Just keep raising your prices to hit your Corporate Accounting goals and sooner than later you will cease to be around. Oh how the might fall it is truly a shame when we were willing to pay more for "service" and you choice to leave us. Response to Owner (July 19th): One business week later never heard from anyone from Verizon not one person. Note to all current Verizon customers 19+ customers are no longer valued no mater how hard you try to help them help you.

  To purchase a phone you pay a $35 activation fee. To have them “set up” your phone from your old phone to another they charge $30 in store. Y’all crack me up with your bum fee.

  There was no fault to anyone there, but I was trying to get an upgraded phone and kept throwing a error on my account they sale associate told me to come back in 1 hour..I did same thing. Came back next day same thing called customer service, and jumped through all hoops. Finally was able to do it through my app.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I called because I was going to switch carriers. However the rudeness of customer service told me it's mostly better to stay where I am. You would think they would want more business but guess not. They where Extremely rude
