- MKMatt KrolikowskiOct 4, 20241.0Corporate Verizon store. Absolutely horrific experience. I went in trying to upgrade a phone, and a line, and buy accessory products. They had 4 employees on their phones standing at the front of the store, while I had to call Verizon myself, do my own tech support, and finally when no one in the store cared enough to speak to me again, I left in frustration. Apparently unless you go in saying I'm here to give you free money, they clearly do not care about customer service. I stood in the store, loudly complaining I needed anyone to help, and the employees continued to stare at their phones and ignore me. They didn't know their service plans, they didn't know their promotions, and the employees dismissed us when we showed them their own corporate marketing. If you want any level of respect or customer service, go to an authorized retailer instead. It might cost slightly more, but being acknowledged as a person seems kind of important. If you look in the picture, you can probably still see the four employees on their phones. Even on a prior visit, the employee botched the promotion and so I had to call Verizon multiple times to get my bill correct. Shop literally anywhere else.
