  Vincent and all of the staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. They made sure to take in all of the info I had given them and helped fix my issues! 10/10 experience

  This is my favorite Xfinity store from now on. There was no wait for service, no bad moods all staff were focused and working. Staff were also very patient with questions and concerns, and provided information with all plans for internet and other services. The best Xfinity store in the Southwest Virginia and East Tennessee area.

  These guys worked for several hours fixing a problem that the phone center created. They did a great job. Highly recommend these folks.

  Very disappointed with service at this store. Staff needs a better customer service training before you open the doors.
