- JSJerry SartainNov 7, 20255.0We have just switched our family plan to Verizon. We had two extremely helpful employees. One was at corporate whose name is Daniel Byrd. He goes by Byrd. He helped with a glitch from one of the switchovers on one of the phones. He was also very quick to help with online billing, getting new Netflix, Disney and Hulu accounts set us thru Verizon. The other very helpful associate was “Layton”. Whose first name is Steven. He was the associate who sold us the phones and plans. He was extremely knowledgeable about ALL services and discounts that Verizon has to offer. Byrd is always at Corporate. But “Layton” is a mobile employee. I highly recommend allowing these two associates help with all your Verizon needs and questions. Sincerely, Jerry Sartain.
