So, when I moved to another city, I was able to keep my grandson and my mobile lines, for awhile; Unfortunately, I needed a new phone, because my phone was unusable, as it has been dropped a lot! I decided to switch carriers, because Xfinity is not available, where I moved to. So when I tried to switch carriers, Xfinity treated me worse than a dog!! They kept sending me to different customer service agents, and giving me the run around, and all I needed was a transfer pin!! They told me that I could use a " verification code, which was a lie, because my new carrier stated that I needed a 4 digit pin, and not a 6 digit code! I'm so disgusted with this company, and I will definitely be telling everyone who will listen, not to do business with these ppl!!!! I almost feel like this treatment is because I went to another mobile carrier. Xfinity, yall suck, and hope more ppl will see through your evil practices!!!!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!

Felt they where aggitated at me. This was both locations.. The one on Gunbarrel Road I got the impression they were aggitated by me asking questions. Makes me think about dropping my service again soon and going to an alternative.
