I wish I could give it less than one star. After waiting for at least 15 minutes without any greeting from anyone, I watched five other customers leave. My baby started crying, and I asked if I could use a restroom to change her diaper, but there is no restroom. Terrible experience. Maybe enough to change service at this point.

If you have another option, take it. Xfinity is a dishonest company that does not care about anything other than taking as much money from you as possible. In 3 years worth of service, my bill is never the same, internet went up from $55 to $120 had to call and threaten to cancel to get it lowered. Then was conned into getting mobile service in order to get better pricing. Was told over and over again there is no contract. Then fast forward to my job transferring me out of the service area and them now charging me a cancelation fee. When you call, you have to weed through a 30 min automation menu just to talk to a rep that puts you on hold. I have filed a complaint through the BBB and will tell anyone that will listen to stay away from xfinity.

I have been very disappointed in the escalation process within xfinity. I went to this particular store on and spoke with the manager, who was amazing and she took the time to hear me out. Understood exactly what my situation was. I had requested a plan change when I had moved in June. That's when my bill was supposed to be around $70. I have my payments on auto pay. Didn't realize for a few months that they had not updated the system and were overcharging me at $248 each month from June through October. Charge me at my old package rate, so we ended up discovering that because of that they had overcharged me $560 when this was escalated, they did nothing, they keep, saying it was my fault and I was the one that approved the package which is not true. It is the salesperson customer service person's fault that they did not change my plan. The way we had discussed. I am now sitting on 2 weeks of them not following through on what they should have done. The manager at the store was wonderful. But the escalation team is not doing their job properly. I have been a customer for over 20 years. And this kind of disrespect is incorrigible. It would be great if they honored the relationship I've had with them.

It’s not about this store specifically but Xfinity service in general. I’ve been a customer for about 8-9 years now and have never had too many issues until this year. My internet has been a problem but that’s another story. My main issue is with the mobile service. I signed up in June because of a deal they offered me and it was going to decrease my monthly expenses for a year. One of the incentives was a $100 e-gift card after 90 days, (the timeframe wasn’t disclosed to me until later when I inquired about it as I thought it would be issued sooner but it’s policy that’s fine) and was told it would be sent out at the end of September. It is now the middle of October and I realized I haven’t received it so I reached out and chatted with an agent on the app and they said they would send it within 24 hours. That has now happened 5 times with 5 different agents. They said it was originally sent out on 09/29 and they have verified my email address but I have scoured my inbox, spam and deleted messages and have nothing from them except emails about my monthly bill. It’s so frustrating to feel like I’m begging for $100 that was promised to me and that they obviously wanted to incentivize me with. Not to mention everytime I reach out, they always try to upsell me or change my service to get me a “better deal.” I wish I had never signed up for mobile, it seems like I’ve had issues ever since and it’s becoming more trouble than it’s worth. Hopefully they’ll eventually send the $100 gift card but I’m not holding my breath.

If I could give no stars I would. Xfinity is a money grubbing company. First during Covid they added 2 box rentals to my bill. I was taking care of my mom with dementia so I didn’t catch it till after she passed. They had been charging me for a year. The associate who was helping me actually expected me to grateful they were going to credit my acct for 3 of the 12mo. I asked him if he would like working for 12mo and getting paid for 3??? At the time, UNFORTUNATELY, the area where I live, this sham company was the only provider. Enough is Enough!! My last bill was DOUBLE, DOUBLE a bunch of app charges. Well I closely watch my subscriptions and know them all. I NEVER approved the charges. Associate tells me maybe kids??? Nope empty nesters, try again… Their New excuse for charges you didn’t make is “web order error”. Falls under NOT THEIR PROBLEM. Current Customers run, run as fast as you can to any other company for your cable service.
