Talked with someone at 11:30. Not really good answers for our questions. Big sales pitch. Ran down their own Total by Verizon. Did not advise us that there was a store just up the street that serviced phones using TbV. Pressed us to buy new phones, but advised us if we did not receive good signal, all they could do was take their phones back within 30 days at a $50/ea restocking fee. If all Verizon stores are this helpful, I do not wish to use Verizon.
