I will say they like to process the deal without informing the customer of the knowledge needed. Had turned in the xfinty streaming device and they told me after it's the router... no big deal but switching my phone over to this carrier I had a Samsung S10 that wasn't compatible and wasn't able to use my phone provider for 5 days until I figured out the issue going in 2 additional more times. I thank Yah i had an S22 that I had stored otherwise I would have been roped into having to buy another phone. As well as I had to have my old user ID # from TMobile, switched SIMs and only way into account was through text. Had to then drive all the way to Johnson City that day to retrieve it before they closed at night. Was helped by the one who had switched me over and greatful for that otherwise I would have been super out of Blessings.

Worst customer service ever. My cable line was cut by a tree crew cleaning poles. We've been told 6 different dates that the repair guy would be out. Been lied to by both the office staff twice when I walked in and four times on the phone. No Internet or tv. Well I've been lied to again by the call center. This time I was given a phone number and factious name for the repair guy who was coming in a hour. Surprised the customer in another state who's number I got was told tomorrow for her installation. We laughed and I wished her good luck. Called the call center back and they said tomorrow and they don't have repair guys numbers or names. Asked them if they were just paid to lie to us. A report to the FCC will be made next week along with the BBB. Well been lied to again and no show for the weekend repairs. I wonder if the call center is just paid to lie to customers.

Terrible customer service, my identity was stolen after I cancelled my cable. This business is run by a bunch of clowns. I would never use there services again but I would recommend them to tighten up their fraud department, it is seriously lacking!!
