- IIimageextensionsDec 27, 20254.0I took my new iPhone in for activation and data transfer. Though it seemed they were a bit disorganized, I waited only 10 minutes before they started my setup and transfer. Because I had a lot of data/photos to transfer, I was prepared to wait...it took just over 1.5 hours. I watched the game on the TV. At successful completion, they checked to make sure the phone updated the apps, I finished the final setup steps, and was on my way. Everything went as planned. It is best to be prepared with both phones fully charged, the app installed on your old phone, and patience for data transfer.

Omg the salesman Thomas was so dam rude!!! He took the box that I returned, and when I tried to tell him what I needed and the representative told me to come here and get it. Thomas told me I didn't need any new products, I needed to bring my router in to switch it out and to take a picture of the number of my receiver that he is showing on his tablet to make sure I brought the right one in. Well last I look in the mirror, I didn't see a 2 year old. But that was how I was handled.
- CCCLNov 18, 20251.0Xfinity disconnected my phone line for no reason. I lost my phone number I've had for years. They lie about gift cards if you switch to them. They tried to charge me to reactivate my phone line that they screwed up! Customer service is also the worst you can deal with at Xfinity. Take your business elsewhere. Do not trust or deal with this company at all. They do not value customers. Edit update: so they respond to your review on Google with a prerecorded chat msg and when you click on the link they have you wait and no one still responds. They continue to show you why they don't value their customers!

She is super knowledgeable and was very patient when we were trying to find my user ID! With Xfinity, we were able to save over $2,000 a year with phones/internet.
