  They are entirely machine run, and will not talk to their customers. They won’t even estimate resolution times for outages anymore. It’s frightening to think that I’ve been a customer of this corporation for nearly 40 years. At the start, they provided reliable internet service with decent support. They even used to offer billing credits if their network went down. Those days are long gone.

  I had a very difficult experience at this store. I had received two emails from Xfinity with two different amounts due to be withdrawn on 28 October and 29 October. I am 80 years old and did not know how to pull up these bills. I went to the store and asked the manager if he would help me pull up the bills he said he would pull up one but not the other. He was very rude and told me I would have to go to the bank because he would not pull it up. While I was at the , a man came in for some help and was refused. I made the comment that I did not get very good customer service. At this location. I think that is why the manager was so rude to me. I went to the bank and showed them the emails and they were unable To pull up and see if both of those bills were going to go through because it was not pending on my account. I was very upset Especially because I knew that store supervisor was able to pull up my personal information and I was afraid that he would do that I went to the police department in Franklin Tennessee and talked to a policeman named Eric. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I had additional problems. I was crying And had no choice, but to go back to the store. I gave them the card from the policeman and asked for help again. Again, the manager told me he would print out one of the bills, but not the other. I was absolutely sobbing when I left the store. I am. Elderly and not able to protect myself in case either the manager or the vice manager came to my house. I asked the manager for his card and he refused to give it to me. Also, while I was there a woman In a wheelchair and also Slumped over. she was trying to get to the door and get it open, none of the Xfinity employees standing around offered to help her. So I got her out the door And into her car. I do want to add that there is a man Who works there whose name is Iian And he is always so helpful. In the past, I owned a small store and I would never have treated any customer in this way.
