I was in there yesterday and the lady that and forgive me, I cannot put her name out there because I don't know what it was, but just as friendly and happy and very pleasant to talk to I still think the prices are stupidly expensive for a stupid phone. I'm not the biggest phone person, but of course, I think everything in the world is overly priced. So that's just me. The store was clean well stocked.

Someone entered looking to switch to Verizon and helped immediately- when finally told helped 25 minutes later was told I would have to call the support center- which sent me to the store in the first place.

Went back Monday and spoke with Brian, who fixed me up. He took the time to transfer pics, files, etc. Very pleasant and friendly. Gave me 30 days to return phone if I didn't like it. I've had several bad experiences with the Sparta store, won't ever give them business again. Highly recommend Crossville store for their attitude and professionalism.
