Asked to speak to a rep in sales for billing question and was told to call a number. Went to call the number the employee who had approached to assist me had written down, but it was incorrect. She corrected the error and was very unprofessional in her demeanor while doing so. I asked her name and she asked mine. I addressed myself and let her know my business name, she then told me (where I was a part of the legal dept,?) it was her pleasure to escort me out of the store and no longer talk with me. It appears the Cookeville location only has the goal of sales and not service. I contacted the number from my account profile and was given even more concerning info about my business account and how the upgrades I had completed were under false pretenses and I was lied to by the business team with regards to the billing process. The Cookeville location has really gone down on customer service.
