The local branch on gunbarrel road is just as bad. We took a number and sat for 28 minutes while 6 employees gathered up front and talked about who was what to their thanksgiving . All customers waiting were really upset including myself. If you want terrible service constant outages and staff on gunbarrel that completely ignores you this is the place for you.

I was so upset and frustrated because it just felt so unprofessional! But one associate was SOOOO helpful and very sweet Garfield was absolutely AMAZING. He noticed I hadn't been helped and had been awaiting for awhile and he helped me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

After being asked how I could be assisted I explained that I already chatted with an agent this morning and have her my name and she was able to pull everything up and have me my new equipment in less than 5 minutes!! Thank you again Timikka! I appreciate your attitude first thing on a Monday morning.
