I put in my number and it said a balance of 168.00 . And I asked the light skin blonde lady that was really nice about it . And she said our bill went up here in December , 2025 up 168.00. And the manager was being nice about it . I couldn't believe it went up ! We will see in the future if we can keep affording this cable bill . And if not will will go with some other cable company .

For some reason customer service will lie to you and completely and totally waste your time and energy and how this company continues to operate is beyond me other than the fact that they have complete and total control of your communication and pretty much your life so you have to be humble and have as much patience as possible with complete and total disregard for professionalism and dependability which they do not have for a multi-million dollar company.
