  Waited 38 minutes to drop off my old trade in phone which took about 60 seconds once I handed it to him. Prior to that, there was 3 other employees that were sitting at desks with no customers for about 15 minutes. No one acknowledged my presence or made eye contact with me. Terrible customer service

  After a literal hellish experience trying to contact any type of Verizon online customer support, I walked into this location and the first guy I talked to helped me cancel my Verizon service. Verizon is the worst phone company I've ever had the displeasure of using whether it's the scummy emails that I ONLY got when they were threatening to send "overdue" payments to collections or the fact that my VERIZON number wasn't "recognized by Verizon records" when I tried searching online in their portal for customer service. I have cancelled my phone plan via the online 1-800 number and thank the Lord above that the people in person at this location were kind to me after that online experience I dealt with for about 6 months. I would ignore all the bad comments about people at this Gunbarrel location because they have always been good in my book as my family have frequently used this place for over 10 years.

  Whatever you do, do NOT go to this location. I went there on two dates, the staff was at best incompetent-- the first time I asked for a minor changed to the plan for our 5 lines, the tech bungled every part of it so I had to return. Also asked about upgrading my phone, it was obvious the tech knew nothing about the plans and misquoted me a price. Second time I came in for the same thing and was told by a girl who looked like she was in high school she couldnt do anything unless I paid a 29 dollar fee. Then she said she couldnt do it all, it would have to be done online thru them, but still the fee. Asked for the manager, he was belligerent and rude and reiterated that they won't work unless I pay the fee. What the heck? Funny thing is, that was a bald faced LIE. I went to another location and they were able to do all I asked and more in just minutes-- no fee, and were pleasant and knowledgeable. In short, fire the manager of this store and look at firing much of the staff.

  Offered Disney package, TBS has everything locked you want to watch. We aren't using it at all because there's nothing decent on it. Not the package we were told it would be. Then Verizon gives us a discount and then takes part of it back. We are not happy.
