- ANabanob nashatOct 23, 20251.0I sign a 2‑year Xfinity Business contract 6 months ago. On the sales call I ask about closing early if my shop fails. The rep says it is fine if the business closes. No fee. My shop closes after six months. I call to cancel. Xfinity charges me $600 as an early end fee. I share this so owners know the risk. The contract sets a fee when you end early. I did not know that at the time. I asked about it and was told I was safe if the business shuts. I ask Xfinity to remove the fee based on what I was told. The answer is no. My view: this sets false hope for small shops. Get every promise in writing before you sign. Ask about early end fees and how they work. I ask Xfinity to fix this and train sales to give clear terms. I want a full credit of the fee and a clean account close.

His name is Lynn helpful at all. I don’t have a service supposed to tell her to download, but I don’t have another phone. I don’t have Wi-Fi because she cut everything from T-Mobile so that’s why he’s not helping me at all and he said this is your problem because you go online if you can is better, he was so rude and he don’t wanna help me another guy. He went to the restroom and he let me for 10 minutes. Can you tell him please? I cannot do nothing without the phone and how I can help you can we download here or can you ask them more than at least here because here we have a Wi-Fi he said no you need to wait for the Sim card you have physical Sim card and should be waiting 2 to 3 days so I can how I can work it out. I can act more than he said this is not my problem, thank you so much it was so rude if I have that I will give him also 0 star ⭐️ he need to be :-) friendly customer service with nice attitude
