We sat down, three more people walked in and they were all checked in before us. Very frustrating to be here waiting and have everyone helped before us. I had to go up to an employee to ask to be helped.

The Verizon employee went straight to the two girls and checked them in and completely ignored us. We were there for at least 10 minutes before we just walked out and headed to the Verizon store on Omaha Ave in Rapid City instead of doing our business at this location. We will never come back to this store. We felt that it was absolutely rude and bad customer service on their part
