This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any business went in to get a phone upgrade. The first lady that was helping me was very very helpful. Answering all my questions she got to the point where she was starting to transfer my information from Phone to Phone and needed to go to lunch so another lady by the name of Crystal with purple hair took over. As the transfer completed, she looked at me says all right. Looks like you got your contacts and email and stuff however I asked did it get my apps she said oh no you have to put in your eye phone account. I said OK put one in. I said OK she goes OK well in order to get your apps we have to format the phone factory reset it I said why well because you had to put in your eye thing I said OK so I put it in why can’t you just transfer it without having a factory reset the phone this is where the problem started because I asked why apparently I was supposed to put that information in prior or during the set up and no one asked me for that As I asked her, she kept telling me about the iPhone account which OK I understand the iPhone account. I’m asking why was I not asked about this prior to this happening so we didn’t have to do a factory reset on the phone? She obviously was not listening to my questions or Anything. I was really saying she just wanted to tell me what she wanted to say I stopped talking to her and started talking to my mother sitting beside me and she abruptly interrupted us and got rude and nasty. I turned her and looked at her and said I am not talking to you. I’m talking to my mother. I’m not talking bad about you I am talking to her about the situation. You can quit interrupting me at this point in time. I am assuming her boss which I think her name was Bree with blonde hair come over I was trying to explain the situation to her. She started to raise her voice at me and kept getting louder and wouldn’t listen to me either not at one not one time did I raise my voice not one time was I rude or disrespectful to either one of them I was very polite and kept calm with both of them Breathe the man boss on to the point that I finally looked at her and said all right that’s enough. You wanna quit because she continue to raise her voice at me before she finally stopped so as we’re sitting there and they’re doing what I originally asked to start with which was to transfer all my apps and everything I looked at her boss I said ma’am, the problem I need to say this the problem is as I was not asked for any information prior to set up. Our Deering set up. It was after the first part of the transfer was completed, which didn’t get on my apps because apparently it needed an Apple ID at that point she grabs my phone, pushes them across the table says here’s your phones there in the middle of transfer, you can finish setting them up yourselves outside the store, please you can leave the store now this was the rudest and most disrespectful thing I have ever encountered with any business. I do not recommend anybody going to that store because of this again the worst experience I have ever had.
