- DZDima ZebeliDec 11, 20231.0Over the phone customer service that Verizon provides has drastically dropped. I spent a total of 2 days (2.5 hrs) talking on the phone to workers outside of the country who didn’t know how to pay my previous bill on a closed account. They would put me on hold for 10 to 20 minutes and sometimes would drop the call, and not a single one of them ever called me back. I spoke to 5 different representatives, including a manager and no one knew how to assist me. So they told me to go to a local store to find help. It’s quite embarrassing for a multibillion dollar company to outsource their work to other countries who are not trained to provide exceptional customer service. Overall, I’m disappointed in the customer service and completely not satisfied!
