The first week my son had his new phone he dropped it and cracked the new screen. We have insurance and were told our insurance covers that 100 percent. The insurance company told my son he would have to mail his phone and $99 to them. Said he would be without a phone for five days. They have a place in Rock Hill that does their work but was told he couldn't take it there. So he hasn't gotten his phone fixed. Why am I paying insurance?
