We dealt with multiple outages plus they activated a phone line that was never used. When we called to get the bill reduced back to the original $170 (still way too much for what we were getting), they renewed my agreement for 2 years and when I called to cancel they said I have 10 months left so they charged me a non-prorated $350 term fee. Plus, they require a 30-day notice (money grab) instead of canceling on demand so they can get another month of payment without me even using the service. When I say they’re the worst, it's not hyperbole.
- GDGary DunnOct 30, 20253.0I generally have to go to the store because if you try customer service on the phone they generally can't do anything except take up your time, they say your internet it's going to be $49 for 2 gig , with zumo or strreem now, but it ends up being $74 Plus, and the phone they say is $15 but it ends up at $29 or $30 and there's all kinds of hidden charges on top of the phone line, they say the phone is free when you sign up but I find they're charging me an extra $30 a month for the phone, I got a Galaxy s-24, and I can't stand the phone, it changes things around all the time by itself and then you have to get it back to by yourself
