And we live within a mile from a cell tower we couldn't get hardly any service so we tried everything from changing sim cards, phones even got a mobile hotspot device to use. Still we couldn't get any service worth a damn. During which we were paying more than $200 a month for this so-called service. We finally said enough either fix it or we're going to a different cell company. There response was there's nothing they could do since it mainly happened when we're at home. So we went to another cell company and we have new phones and better service than with Verizon and the best thing of all for less money by about $40 a month for the exact same type of service we supposed to have gotten from Verizon. So Verizon kiss my.....
