Representative was rude and dismissive. I was picking up a remote and he said “last time you can do this. Next time, you call and they ship it”. I tried to explain that it was a phone agent that directed me to pick it up at the store but he kept repeating “you’ll call and they’ll ship it” until I just walked away. So completely disrespectful.

My wife needed to charge her phone while I was in the hospital. She went to Cfimity and the sold her a dual type C transfer cable which she couldn't use on the road. When I tried to return it 10 days later the asst. manager insisted it was the correct cable even though I've never bought a phone or tablet that came with this type of cable. They wouldn't let me return it without the original packing which my wife threw away while I was in the hospital. I'm general, unknowledgeable staff and terrible customer service. Zero stars if that was an option!

Whoever you have driving bucket-lift truck #200179 in Park West the afternoon of 12/16/2025 needs to be fired. Had to be going over 40 on Ashburton Way. That's a small neighborhood road, not even a thoroughfare.

My internet is dropping every day this week, and I work from home so needless to say this SUCKS! I'm getting the runaround from from the Xfinity chat bot regularly and it's just unacceptable. It's funny that every time I have an issue, they say "nothing wrong with the signal to your home" which is bunk. Shortly after, I look to see that they will be performing repairs in my area due to signal issues. I just went onto my account and they offered me a $0.05 discount, FIVE CENTS!!! This is completely unacceptable but they have a monopoly here since Cox Cable isn't available. I've also had to get a T-Mobile 5G internet service for $50/month just to make sure that I can do my job. I continue to be unimpressed.......
