- RYray yentesOct 3, 20251.0Customer for a very long time. Needed a new phone for my wife, 0ffered me $ 800 off a $1200 phone. The catch was an increase of roughly $35 extra a month for 3 years. Do the math. This is after I said I would pay the $400 difference. Manager got involved, pretty much said take or leave it, with an attitude. So I left after wasting 2 hours of my time. Shopping around for a new phone company. I feel like they tried to rip me off.

My service was excellent (wish I could remember the name of the 2 who assisted me - the young man's name started w/ an E I think)!! Every customer, regardless of their need was treated with the utmost respect and care; to me, this says ALOT these days. Please keep up the great work here.
