- HHHMar 16, 20241.0Terrible! Really! I have three lines with Verizon. I have had three lines with Verizon for 13+years. I added Monthly International to one of my lines and somehow it dropped off, so I started to get charges. I called CS and spent no less than an hour on the phone. Felt it was resolved. Today received another text that the international plan expired. Called again and CS person was helpful but confused initially too. I was near this store so I went in thinking it would be easier to talk in person. The in-store rep was not helpful, smug, dismissive, and kept pointing to a brochure with an international helpline and telling me he didn’t know and that I just needed to call someone. Thankfully the CS rep told me to have her stay on the line. She tried to also talk to the guy- he was the same to her too. Clearly the people in store are compensated on selling new lines and plans and not helping long standing customers.
