Said they corrected it but never did. I called back, and someone who I can only describe as the high school girl who never got the attention she wanted, straight up told me I lied when I said I paid my taxes in cash and asked about a refund since I never received my watches. She said that they don't accept cash and that I was lying. She felt so empowered, only to come back and tell me that they should have never let me pay cash, and that I have to drive an hour back to their joke of a location. Nope, was able to contact customer service, who refunded my money, and then also gave me an extra credit, and they are now shipping my correct watches to me overnight...and they will be getting in touch with that district or store manager to hopefully get that ridiculously disgusting person out of customer service for good. Don't ever go here guys.
