- KNK NadoNov 17, 20231.0Horrible experience. Ordered two new watches. They shipped them to the wrong address. Not only that, She ordered the WRONG size watch after going over watches for 45 min. Said they corrected it but never did. I called back, and someone who I can only describe as the high school girl who never got the attention she wanted, straight up told me I lied when I said I paid my taxes in cash and asked about a refund since I never received my watches. She said that they don't accept cash and that I was lying. She felt so empowered, only to come back and tell me that they should have never let me pay cash, and that I have to drive an hour back to their joke of a location. Nope, was able to contact customer service, who refunded my money, and then also gave me an extra credit, and they are now shipping my correct watches to me overnight...and they will be getting in touch with that district or store manager to hopefully get that ridiculously disgusting person out of customer service for good. Don't ever go here guys.

This has never been a problem, its solution was a simple phone call to the authorized user (my parents). the employee i spoke to just did not feel like helping me due to the close time to closing. Went down the road and my problem was fixed in less than 2 minutes thanks to a helpful employee, the solution was a simple sim card transfer. this store is severely understaffed, most likely due to terrible employees like i encountered. There are plenty of verizon stores near by, take the 5 minutes to go to them instead of this one.
