    THIS IS FLAT OUT ONE OF THE WORST COMPANYS ON THE PLANET. THE OFFSHORE CHAT TERRIBLE, IVE HAD 4 PEOPLE TELL ME FOUR DIFFERENT THINGS ON FOUR SEPARATE VISITS ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM IN THIS STORE! THE COMPANY PUSHES THE "NOW" PRODUCTS FROM A CORPORATE LEVEL. ONE OF THE MANAGERS THERE FLAT OUT RIPPED THE NOW PHONES AND WIFI SERVICE TO SHREDS AND SAID IT WAS THE WORST THING XFINITY EVER DID??? LMAO THERE WAS A LARGE "NOW" SECTION IN THE STORE ALSO!! HAHA YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP. THERE IS NO PASSION OR PRIDE AT ALL. CUSTOMERS SIT AND WAIT SO LONG THERE BECAUSE THEY MOVE AT A SNAILS PACE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CLIENT!! I LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY THAT I READ THE COMPANY IS BANKRUPT BECAUSE IT'S CLOSER THAN MANY THINK. THEY ARE LOSING THE MOBILE PHONE AND WIFI BATTLES BADLY!

    There was a csa named Norman. When i first went spoke with him he had me identify myself then tried to claim i wasn’t who I said i was, which was very insulting to my culture and my heritage. The purpose for my visit was to get a phone that ordered through xfinity cut on. Norman continues talk to me in hostile manner asking me if it’s nothing he can do for me and became very disrespectful telling me to leave the premises in a loud manner in front of everyone it seem to make the other customers seem uncomfortable. Mind you my children were with me, i told him i wasn’t going anywhere until i spoke with a manager to get more clarity on to what the issue was. The manager came out and handled the situation well explaining that i did not active the device in a timely manner. Therefore i lost my number and who have to get a whole new one, mind you this was originally handled over the phone, and another rep told me that when it’s done over the phone it’s not legit and they do it to get incentives which could be considered fraud, however i stayed calm and was very over standing. To make a long story short I’ve been paying on this device for nearly 5 months now, and i don’t even have the number secured and neither were they able to activate it. This is extremely frustrating. As a person who has worked in customer service the golden rule is the customer is always right. Norman treat your customers with more respect. And to the rest of the team please work harder to make sure that the customers walk out satisfied. -Ibn Darrel

    Just want to take a minute to thank Asia (and Norman for his support too) for spending 2 hours with me to help me get my new phone replacement activated! I had received a phone replacement from Assurant phone insurance, and the replacement phone from the insurance company had issues getting activated due to a technical glitch on the device. Asia was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and stuck through the process of going back and forth with overseas tech support. She tried again and again, and never gave up, and finally got my new replacement phone working again. Asia was persistent and kind in every way, and Norman's help was greatly appreciated too. Great attitudes, great work ethic, and great people to be around 🙌

    There is always a gd wait in these stores. It's been that way for YEARS. If you have pretty constant demand, hire more gd "associates" to cover the gd floor. It's a simple equation. It's not like your customer base doesn't hate you and your services with the white hot passion of 1000 suns. But when they need support, or change their accounts - you sit them in a store waiting for 30-45m that is designed to sell more products to waiting, bored, captive customers. #GFY ComCast

    Went to return a piece of equipment... that part went fine but now, weeks later theyre still harassing me saying I haven't returned it... typical comcast BS never ends
