- TTTink2 days ago1.0NOT A REAL XFINITY STORE. NOT CORPORATE!!!! Huge difference. Don’t be scammed. Go to east York. That’s the real location of xfinity.
- DDDan dOct 28, 20251.0I turned in my modem that I didn’t ask for from Xfinity in the first place when I upgraded. Since they sent it anyway, I had to waste my time and turn it in. So I turn it in and then I leave well now three weeks later or more the modem, I actually own got turned off because someone in that store did not record the fact that it was turned in. So they tried to connect to the modem that they thought I had. It is still not working I am waiting for a tech-support to fix it and it’s been three hours. All because someone in the store did not do their job.

The people working in store are great and attempt to be helpful, but they are limited by the rules of Xfinity as to how much they can help. It got all sorted (long story short, I wasn't eligible for certain deals because my phone plan is so very old). It didn't go the way I would have liked (this review is for the store, not for Xfinity at large), but the manager on duty stuck with me and helped me so, so much. I wasn't looking forward to going into the store, but now I know that's the first place I'll go the next time I need help.
