I tried to straighten it out over the phone, and finally went into the store. I was told I would be getting a credit, but two weeks Later I received nothing so I returned to the store on Market Street. I was told by the supervisor that I had a rolling late bill for the year 2025. I have been a subscriber for 7 years and was never notified of a late bill. In fact XFINITY had access to my checking account for automatic payments of what was owed. They will take your money without a second glance and turn it around on you!! F- for a grade! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!
