I did two stars instead of one because they are still offering fine internet service, but as a part of my wifi package, they let you redeem an item if your account is in good standing 60 days after closing a transaction. Well, the time came for me to redeem the item (I had received emails and everything to redeem it), but my account wasn't giving me the ability to redeem it. I interacted with two representatives; one said I wasn't eligible for the offer, though my account showed I was. The person who initially closed my transaction said I would be eligible if my account were in good standing. Apparently, that was untrue. In order to compensate, they provided me with a gift card that was 1/3 of the compensation of the original offer, which I had to wait another 30 days for. Bad service! Verizon will not fulfill obligations to you apart from wifi and cell service. The home offers package is a joke. Don’t offer it if you can’t fulfill your obligations, Verizon. For customers, don't let them incentivize you with empty offers.
