The customer service we received from the Williamsport, PA East Third Street store was the worst ever. She hide her name tag, sat at the back of the store. Could not even great us with a hello grunted to speak and was not clear speaking and would not complete a sentence. We had to repeat ourselves several times to get a yes or no. I can tell you once my contract is up I will be switching my phone, internet, and TV. And if any one asks if I would recommend Xfinity I will tell them to stay as far away as possible. This is why they get zero stars.

This company has the worst customer service I ever witnessed! Every month I have to call them about a false charge on my account and they say they will remove it and the don't. Not to mention the phone service actually sucks!

Just came back from xfinity mobile and the lady that took care of me Talitha stump went above and beyond! She gets 10 🌟 for me! Absolutely the best interaction I have had in awhile!

See my other review for full details. That review was submitted before even stepping foot in the door. When I did arrive, there was already a line of people outside waiting to be assisted. The one customer said that they never even open on time but they make sure to close early (he said he was even locked inside one time when he was there near closing time). There were 3 adult customers waiting in line while 5 employees, including the manager, were all available inside and watching us. Instead of opening the store and assisting they just looked at us even though it was 10am. I knocked on the door as it was the designated opening time with a full staff available to open up and assist us. They then had a rude employee (Aaron or Erin?) open the gated door and tell me to "chill out or we'll would have you removed from the premises." Then another employee mentioned past experiences with having to call the state troopers like a threat. How about you chill out and do your job? Or have the manager actually do his job of promptly opening for business, delegating tasks, and greeting customers? No one there had a clue how to resolve the issue and I had to wait to speak with the manager who meekly tried to assist without actually talking with me. I had to stand there and wait while he tried to communicate with the technician team. He was able to get in contact but said that he could only message them and could not call them directly. He would not provide the technician team's phone number and wouldn't even attempt to call him via Microsoft Teams which he was using to message him on (if you have Teams, you can make a voice call through it). After an hour and my prompting, I was finally given an earlier technician appointment. The tech came soon after I returned home and helped resolve the issue. The technicians are competent but are impeded by an inept company with inept employees. The customer service line/chat is abysmal and the in-store experience is horrendous. It never would have gotten to this point if you had real customer support with local, capable employees. I never would have even had to waste my time at the store if things were addressed as requested in advance. You'd think a cable/communications company would have good communication. I've never been to the store in 5 years of being an Xfinity customer and I hope I never have to come back. Back to my original review, you can see an identical experience from someone else 5 months prior to my experience. Obvious there is no plan of correction, improvements, or even desire to create an environment for satisfied customers.
