I go through all the process multiple payments on my card and then I remove the screen protector off my old phone All of them to tell me that their systems are down and that they’re going to have to ship the phone and that when I get the phone, I have to transfer all my stuff and then wipe the stuff off my old phone and send it back in so I can receive the trade-in credit for the new phone. It just really made me mad considering I already paid multiple payments on my card and they had me remove the screen protector on my old phone and I left with Nothing and now I have to wait for the new phone to come in the mail and hopefully nothing happens to this one that I’m using now since I took the screen protector off of it overall would not recommend the store did not have a good experience at all
