    Was told I didn't need to replace my Sim card. (I had gotten a call and e-mail recommending I do) now I don't hear calls, they go strait to voice mail. He did delete some apps that may be slowing down my phone. Maybe not enough. It's still slow. I had to wait at least ten minutes before I was acknowledged. So plan accordingly. They also started to help someone else who came in after me. I spoke up, but paid for that, wasn't treated kindly after I simply said " hey wait a minute I was here first." ... this could have been avoided if the guy just asked who was first when he approached us. Of course, the other person was a man. That may be why he offered him help first or wrongly assumed we were together. So I'll be heading back to another Xfinity shop to see if they'll just go ahead and replace the Sim card in case that is the problem.

    Normally everyone in this store is great. The manager, I believe his name is Liam, he's exceptional. With that said, there's one employee, not sure of his name, he's a Hispanic gentleman... this employee screwed my account all up yesterday. All I needed was a simple phone number swap between lines. Whatever he did caused BOTH phones to not have any service. After numerous chats & calls, I went back up today, Sunday, same kid was there, told him he screwed up my account the day before & he told me that since it's Sunday, he couldn't call to try to fix it cause they were closed. Well, came home, called Xfinity mobile care AGAIN and after 3 hours of back and forth.... that rep got my stuff done and working. Steer clear of this "representative" at the Xfinity store, he doesn't know what he's doing, takes no accountability and needs to be retrained or something. Absolute horsecrap. Follow up - went to the link they added in their response and was on it for over an hour and got no where, they didn't even pull up my account to see my issue. I'm just going to wait until I need to go back to the store, then I'll just turn into a Karen 🤷

    It takes time amd patience! I appreciate who helped me with my account. Very knowledgeable and patient. Had to call tech support the next day but that was my fault due to not knowing passwords 😂

    This place is the absolute WORST you can never get anyone on the phone and if you do you can't understand them. I am looking into new servers immediately. They over charge for internet only over 160/month its crazy. Im so over COMCAST/XFINITY!!! Frontier here I come
