I use to be a t-mobile costumer until they were raising my plan like crazy without any explanations at all, we decided to check with xfinity mobile to see how good they was and looking for something that will save us some money, as you all know economy now a days sucks, well turns out xfinity offered us a really good deal from the very first day we got there, they offered us items and a mobile plan at a really good discount if we switch to xfinity mobile, which after about an hour talking and thinking with my family we decided to switched with them, they made us pay all kind of taxes, connections and fees right there and there, that was alittle over 3 months ago, they told us our bill with everything included it will be less then $180 a month, we were so happy about this at the moment, but now its just disappointing its been more then 3 months and we have been paying almost $250 a month thats a big difference from what they have promise us, I went to talked to them and now out of the sudden they don't remember telling us or giving us all this deals, I wanted to reverse the whole thing and now I'm stuck with then for another 21 months unless we paid them for the items we took, We are so disappointed with this, I feel like they played us real dirty, To the people be carefull with this, not everything that sounds good or looks good its true..

I’ve encountered other people that I have discussed these issues with. I have to rest my box almost every other day. This is unacceptable when you’re paying for a service. I will be switching soon. I do not recommend. Additionally, going in the store is no help and quite frankly the employees are rude a will not help you. Sad case
