It took a significant amount of time and Obaid was patient, kind and super helpful throughout. Whenever an online customer service rep was unable to find a solution and we hit another roadblock, he would step back in and problem-solve to guide things back on track. He was able to make a frustrating exercise less so and we are very grateful for his assistance. Would definitely recommend this store, and Obaid personally.
