    I've been an Xfinity customer for over 33 years and have always had positive experiences - until now. I went to the store to resolve a billing issue with Matt who originally set up my mobile account. Matt was busy with another customer so I ended up having to speak with Shannon the store manager. He was incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He told me he wasn't aware how the account was set up and could not help me. I suggested we involve Matt as he could clarify how the account was set up. At my original (3 hour) visit, Matt was helpful, very knowledgeable, polite and patient. Matt immediately remembered me. As Matt and I began to discuss the issue, Shannon interrupted us and told Matt to stop talking to me and to go to the back room and take his break. Shannon proceeded to tell me that he could not help me and refused to continue the conversation. I was shocked to say the least. Shannon then told me to call customer service instead and refused to provide either his last name or Matt's. Matt deserves recognition for his excellent service, but Shannon should not be managing a customer-facing store. Xfinity customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially after decades of loyalty. A zero rating would be more deserving but that was not an option. I'm surprised that Shannon is still an Xfinity employee after reading the verified customer reviews from this store.

    I am only giving a one star because giving a zero is not an option. The people that work here are young and inexperienced. They spend most of their time talking and joking around instead of focusing on the task at hand. Went to pay my bill via check and the employe messed up putting the check information in the computer. This resulted in my account getting charged a thirty dollar late fee. Went in person to explain the employee working at the time (Aiden), and I brought my receipt in from when I paid in store. I explained the number put in was incorrect, and to remove the late fee. Aiden said that only manager could handle that and that he wasn’t working today. So, Aiden would leave a note for the manager and we should expect to hear from him. No one called, so I went back to the store the following week. This time I asked to speak to the manager. To my surprise, I had seen this guy before, last time I was in the store, he was helping another customer. Despite being told that he wasn’t in last time. I spoke with said manager and he said he had no idea what I was talking about, and they are a “retail” store and couldn’t help with billing issues (even though the mistake was their fault). If you are only a retail store then why did you accept payment for bill in the first place? He also tried to say that it was a faulty check and refused to even look at the receipt which proved that the check information was typed in incorrectly(the last four digits were incorrect), by his employe. I have never a an issue with my checks or bank. I was told to go online and chat with a representative to fix THEIR mistake. The manager also kept repeating that he didn’t know us, which I have no idea what that has to do with anything. I can’t express enough just how rude and condescending the manager was. Not to mention they have another one star review of a customer that experienced the SAME issue as me AND the manager treated her just as poorly. The amount of gaslighting and lying I experienced is astounding. So again, do not do business at this location. Even if you have to drive out of your way, go to another Xfinity Store location!

    They have been awful since going digital( not sure if digital is correct but they changed ) oh,and we tend to lose service RIGHT when something important is about to happen on what we'rewatching.Expensive.We need to get rid of our home phone/ tower computer and ditch them.Too much $$ for the frustration we get. I hope this helps someone from making our mistake.

    Wanted to find out why the phone I bought there 1 1/2 years ago was all of a sudden losing battery power. They said the batteries weren't made to last long and aren't replaceable. They suggested I contact Samsung but couldn't give me their contact information and didn't even tell tell me I could get the information in my phone, which I discovered after leaving the store. I didn't think I needed a new phone but they convinced me that my best option was to buy one. The new phone lost battery power the same way the old one did. I went to the store 2 days later to complain, cancel my contract and get my old phone back. I was told I couldn't cancel and my old phone was no longer in their possession. But I could make an exchange. What good would that do if the next phone battery was going to do the same thing? I contacted Xfinity customer service as directed and discovered I had been treated poorly and given some wrong information. In the process I think I may have figured out what the battery problem was but now I'm saddled with payments for a new phone. I realize Xfinity is in the business of selling phones but they should be able to give you information on the products they are selling and know how those products operate.

    I had a wonderful experience with Joel today. He was very kind, respectful and helpful despite there being a very long line. He solved our issue in a matter of a few minutes. Props to him he’s great!
