- AHAlex HolschwanderMar 17, 20245.0So I personally didn't buy anything at this time. I'm here in store with my friend who had a huge blunder on a pre-order issue for the S24 ultra. We worked with a Verizon associate named Ralph who literally fought to ensure chris got the exact promo he was promised. After several calls and over 2hrs of back and fourth Ralph handled the entire process, canceling the original deal and making a new in-store purchase with the same deal with the help of a young lady over the phone. While this was going on an elderly gentleman came in and started causing a real fuss angrily cursing about his home phone, Adam the store manager jumped onto this issue and calmed the gentleman down and clearly handled him and his issue. It was impressive how calm Adam remained while the customer was belligerent. As I said I personally don't have Verizon but it was awesome to see such a team fight for the customer for a change.
