- GGGordy GarrettSep 28, 20251.0Staff is polite but lied to me about my new internet plan being the same speed as my previous plan. My new plan is 66% slower than my old plan for only a few dollars lees a month. All the while I call Comcast to cancel the switch and they refuse since I had a "legacy plan". They say there isn't even a plan available anymore with the speed I had prior to switching my plan. The associate at this store lied to me and no there's no way to get service comparable to my old plan no matter what, EVEN IF I PAYED MORE!

Sales associate Kyle was extremely positive and patient. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of the issue, and find a solution.
