People warned me about the service at this store but I thought I would give them a chance. Never again. I will travel out of my way before I go to the Fox Chapel store again. Possibly changing carrier for my phones and TV. Completely unacceptable. These employees make Xfinity/Comcast get graded "F"!!

I was sitting in the kitchen waiting for them while drinking my coffee. The doorbell rang and before I could get to the hallway, there was a non-stop pounding. With no introduction to who they were or why, they wanted in. Since I was expecting plumbers, not Internet specialists, I asked what they wanted. They said they were from Infinity and here to video my pipes TL:DR Rude, disrespectful, unkind Xfinity representatives showed up at my house. They sent me a link asking for more information. But the link doesn't work and there is no way to let them know. Idiocy seems to rule Xfinity.

Good service when it works, unfortunately they just turn off your service without notice to perform “quick updates” at any random given time. A little communication or notification goes a long way. 0/10 for the lack of regard to the paying customer.
