    Chris M. is fantastic. I have been so irritated from my old phone company so I decided to switch over to Xfinity but there were alot of issues with this transfer (on the previous carriers side) and he ensured me he could help me but by this point, several people have already told me this. He actually did help me. I am amazed because by this point it's been 7 people involved and he just took care of everything with ease. Xfinity, you guys have an all star employee. Thank you!

    Associate: Adam Friendliness and Helpfulness: 5/5 Quality of work: 1/5 I was promised home internet and a free line for a total of ~$55 with added 2nd line that bring up the total to $75. But to my surprise the mobile lines and home internet are billed separately and the total was ~$120 -$140 for 3 months straight. after asking for explanation at the store, turns out they have not applied the offer correctly when they billed me for my new connection. It doesnt end there, I was told it is plug and play device, they even checked my home address for service coverage. Didn't work, i had to change device 3 times and No Luck. They sent a "Technician" to help me, and billed me an additional $100 for the help. When everything was done, I had paid an extra $260 than what was quoted when they sold the plan, a big part of mistake was on me, i thought reputed companies in comccast will do honest billing and kept it on autopay and failed to notice 2 separate bills (home internet and mobile) I asked around and this sending Technician and billing a $100 extra is a common occurrence. So If you are renting I would suggest you to get the same internet that the previous tenant was using and check your billing daily, if you can retain the paper billing and forego the paperless billing discount, do it, they are not consistent with the billing and the app fails to show the PDF bill 7/10 times. Check your bill.
