Just like all the Xfinity customer service reps who are just always dying to sell you stuff and not care about your actual issue, the manager here was the same - hopelessly ignorant. For those of you considering Xfinity in Pittsburgh, there are cheaper providers with better customer service. I hope you do your research before blindly going for Xfinity, which is what I did. As many other 1 star reviews suggest, this place deserves to go out of business.
