We have an existing account and looking to switch our 5 phones from a previous provider, the impression they gave was that we were bothersome. Asked several questions about our current service and what it would be if we switched the cell phones. I know this service is the cheapest, BUT I will never switch here if this is how their face to face customer service will be. Told me to call the customer service number if I needed further assistance and then didn't even give me the number, TOLD ME TO GOOGLE IT!!!

He corrected my issues, updated the cable boxes and assisted me in logging into both email accounts. He was top notched representative (Mike) for the company.

Before the Xfinity was in other side of Route 19, the people in there are very informative and helpful. Here, they all seem busy and the one help us didn't know what we are asking for. The answer we got is same as call center help, just read what it said on paper.

I’ve been a customer for less than six months and ready to lose my absolute mind they intentionally over bill you and anytime you call, no one actually fixes it. You will waste hours on the phone. They’ll promise that they fixed it and then reflect in your account within 24 hours and it never does. I’ve even gone into the store waiting in person and it’s still not properly fixed. I’m being billed over double what my bill should be. This shouldn’t be legal.
