They even opened a chat between me and the corporate office; the rep swore he would keep the chat open and follow up with me until the issue was resolved. Then, guess what? The chat link doesn't work anymore. LIARS. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.

Although he is not able to go back in time and prevent the discrepancy in the first place, lol, he was an absolute rockstar and a pleasure to work with. It's a relief to know there is a reliable point of contact that I count on moving forward. 1000/10!! Xfinity is lucky to have Charles.
