I patiently waited for 50 minutes as guest after guest came in and was helped before me. Finally the manager, same person who checked me in, asked if I had been helped. As if he didn’t see me sitting here the entire time. Rather than helping me, he tells me I’ll be next. I told him I’ve been here for 50 minutes and he says “umm okay” in a snarky tone. Meanwhile he’s continuing to walk around pretending to look busy.

There is zero customer service for businesses. Use any other company. Follow up: after two hours I finally did get a tech, who was helpful and fixed the issue. But it shouldn’t have been this hard. Even their business app has a chat feature…but when you get someone online they just tell you you can’t use chat for a business phone problem. This is on the business chat feature. So why bother?
