Make sure you speak directly to the manager for your needs so you don’t waste your time with people that are rude and have no idea what they are talking about.

- KCK CNov 10, 20251.0Xfinity probably has the worse customer service of any major utility company - first, it takes forever to get to a human, they insist you go through their computer call attendant or AI chat bot, but unless you want to know your monthly billing amount or some other easily accessible information, you get a "we do not understand" response and you're directed to some FAQ page. When I have spoken with a human, I've spent almost an hour going through my problem, being assured that it's been fixed and by the way give me a good score on my customer service, only to find out later that nothing was done. Beyond frustration (and they had the nerve to pitch me to get their mobile service...... if they can't do cable tv, why would I want to give them my mobile phone business???????)
