Jacob was so informative and helpful and patient as he helped me navigate this process. They are all professional and it is very well staffed there. I’m so glad I went. I also got a great deal on my new iPhone. I paid zero for it and yes, I am locked into a contract, but it’s so worth it for me. I would highly recommend going to this store.
