The second person who helped me also had a big smile and was very kind and friendly. My whole experience took only several minutes as I was returning equipment because of a move. I was given a receipt and everything was taken care of professionally.

The sales person advised it would not be long; manager was taking care of these requests. I saw 3 people ahead of me leave their equipment. I was next in line to meet with the manager. However, I was advised that someone had been there 90 minutes who was not dropping off equipment. Additionally, another salesperson interrupted the manager to take care of her situation. I believe the salesperson who greets customers can easily take care of this. This is not customer service.
